For this reason, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Broken Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or broken,  please email us at studiopinkmoonpottery@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include:

• Clear photographs of the damaged item
  
• Images of the outer packaging (if damaged)
  

After reviewing the images, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
