General
Pinkmoon Pottery reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Products & Availability
All Pinkmoon Pottery products are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, shape, size, and finish are natural and expected. These variations are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of handmade ceramics.
Product availability may be limited, and we reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product without prior notice.
Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments must be completed at the time of checkout. For custom orders, a 50% advance payment is required once the order details are finalized. This advance is non-refundable once work has begun.
Custom Orders & Gifting
Custom orders are created based on individual requirements, including design, size, and glaze selection. Production timelines typically range from 6–8 weeks, depending on complexity and quantity.
Bulk orders for weddings, corporate gifting, restaurants, and special events are handled on a case-by-case basis, with timelines and pricing discussed individually.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines and charges vary depending on the delivery location and order size. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Pinkmoon Pottery is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Damages
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Based on review, a replacement or refund may be offered.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Pinkmoon Pottery and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Pinkmoon Pottery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
